Welcome to GN Bank. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GN Bank website, mobile applications, and online banking services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Services.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

GN Bank reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at its sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any multi-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify GN Bank immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. GN Bank will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. Online Banking Services and Limitations

The Services allow you to view account balances, transfer funds, pay bills, and access electronic statements. You acknowledge that:

Transactions initiated through the Services are subject to daily limits, available funds, and standard banking cut-off times.
GN Bank is not responsible for delays or failures in transmission caused by third-party networks, internet service providers, or hardware failures.
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all transaction details before submitting a payment or transfer.

4. Fees and Charges

You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your accounts and the use of the Services as set forth in the applicable fee schedule. GN Bank reserves the right to modify its fee structure at any time upon providing thirty (30) days' prior written notice to you.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of GN Bank or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Services without express written permission from GN Bank.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GN Bank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; or (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services.

7. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, if we suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or if required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

8. Amendments to Terms

GN Bank reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page or by sending an email notification. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GN Bank is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within such jurisdiction.
